I am just a simple user with a Cisco SPA112 and a Canon multifunction color laser printer that has a fax built in. I am currently dealing with legal and medical issues, so having a fax is really handy. Unfortunately, I was having problems faxing one of my attorneys at 1 particular number. Sam helped find the root cause and suggested a specific version of the firmware to run on the SPA112, as well as to enable echo cancellation.
